Feeling Overwhelmed and Lost

Before I started working with Michelle, I was struggling deeply with my changing identity. Over the past 12 years, I went through a lot—getting married, being diagnosed with a chronic illness, raising a child with special educational needs, and dealing with the stress of COVID. With so many roles to juggle, I felt exhausted and burnt out. I didn’t know where I fit into this new life and was constantly overwhelmed by guilt, feeling like everyone else’s needs were more important than my own. I was tired and didn’t feel heard; I needed help rediscovering my inner voice and reconnecting with the vibrant person I used to be.
